Buddy’s Fat Banana Sammich.

One day while trying to make a regular peanut butter and banana sandwich, oops… panini.

Anyway you’re welcome. I present to you Buddy’s Fat Banana Sammich. Slathered with Buddy’s Small Batch Nut Butter and stuffed with enough banana to wreck these buns son.

  1. Dave’s Killer Bread
  2. Buddy’s Chocolate Nut Butter
  3. MaraNatha Almond Butter
  4. Bananas
  5. Basil
  6. Cooking Spray or Butter
  7. Pumpkin Pie Spice

Step A: Spread almond butter munificently over some of the best bread you will have in your lifespan. Use your fingers so you don’t have to wash a dish. This way you wont have to waste any by hosing it off in the sink.

Step B: Pour Buddy’s Chocolate Nut Butter over the almond butter. ( Make sure to use Buddy’s Nut Butter  or you will have to rename your sandwich. ) * Buddy’s had the lowest amount of sugar that we could find in a chocolate spread.

Step C: Add chosen banana in “little circles” format.

Step D: Apply a healthy smattering of pumpkin spice.

Step E:  Basil. I don’t know why, but it works. ( Possibly even better with fresh Basil. )

Step F: Butter dem buns. ( I use spray butter because it gives my hair a delicious shine. )

Step G: Grill press this beast.  If you are without a George Foreman Grill there are alternatives but I promise it will not be as sexy as a Ménage à trois with Dave, Buddy and George.

Step H: Cut it diagonally ( Hypotenuse length maximizes tongue-to-sandwich-filling contact area. ).

Step I: Eat it fast before some scrub asks for a bite.
